Genel bilgi
Fobble Notes, Fobble Studio tarafından geliştirilen not alma ve düzenleme uygulamasıdır. Uygulama, kullanıcı hesabı açmadan çalışır ve notlarınızı cihazınızda tutacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır.
Toplanan bilgiler
Fobble Notes şu anda ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, konum, fotoğraf, kişi listesi, mikrofon kaydı, sağlık verisi, finansal bilgi, reklam kimliği veya benzeri kişisel verileri Fobble sunucularına toplamaz.
Oluşturduğunuz notlar, biçimlendirilmiş metinler, kontrol listeleri, klasörler, etiketler, favori ve sabitleme seçimleri, arşiv kayıtları ve uygulama tercihleri cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.
Uygulama kilidi
Uygulama kilidini etkinleştirirseniz belirlediğiniz parola iOS Anahtar Zinciri'nde saklanır. Face ID veya cihaz kimlik doğrulaması Apple'ın sistem arayüzü üzerinden çalışır; Fobble biyometrik verinize erişmez veya bu veriyi saklamaz.
Widget ve App Group
Seçtiğiniz notu Ana Ekran widget'ında göstermek ve uygulama dili tercihini widget ile paylaşmak için sınırlı veriler yalnızca Fobble Notes uygulaması ile kendi widget uzantısının erişebildiği Apple App Group alanında saklanır. Bu bilgiler Fobble sunucularına gönderilmez.
Yedek dışa ve içe aktarma
Yedek oluşturmayı seçerseniz notlarınız, klasörleriniz, etiketleriniz ve ilgili düzen bilgileri şifrelenmemiş bir JSON dosyasına aktarılır. Dosyanın kaydedileceği veya paylaşılacağı konumu siz seçersiniz. Dosya uygulama dışına çıktıktan sonra seçtiğiniz depolama ya da paylaşım hizmetinin koşulları geçerlidir.
Yedeği geri yüklerken yalnızca sizin belge seçici üzerinden seçtiğiniz dosya okunur. Fobble Notes cihazınızdaki daha yeni notları korur ve yedek içeriğini mevcut verilerle birleştirir.
Üçüncü taraf servisler
Fobble Notes şu anda reklam ağı, analiz aracı, takip SDK'sı, Firebase, sosyal giriş, ödeme sistemi, bulut senkronizasyonu veya harici hesap sistemi kullanmaz. Uygulama mağazaları, indirme ve mağaza kullanımı sırasında kendi politikalarına göre bazı teknik verileri işleyebilir; bu işlemler uygulamayı indirdiğiniz mağazanın kendi gizlilik uygulamalarına tabidir.
Veri paylaşımı ve takip
Fobble Notes kişisel verilerinizi reklam, pazarlama, veri satışı veya kullanıcı takibi amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz. Uygulama, farklı uygulama ve web sitelerindeki etkinliğinizi takip etmek için reklam kimliği veya benzeri takip yöntemleri kullanmaz.
Saklama ve silme
Yerel veriler siz ilgili kaydı silene, Ayarlar'daki “Tüm Notları Sil” seçeneğini kullanana veya uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırana kadar cihazınızda kalır. Dışa aktardığınız yedek dosyalarını seçtiğiniz konumdan ayrıca silmeniz gerekir.
Fobble tarafından saklanan bir kullanıcı hesabı veya sunucu tarafı profil bulunmadığı için silinecek merkezi bir kullanıcı hesabı verisi yoktur.
Çocukların gizliliği
Fobble Notes çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Uygulama hesap sistemi veya çevrim içi sosyal özellik içermez. Bir çocuğa ait kişisel verinin bize ulaştığını düşünüyorsanız silme talebi için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

Gizlilikle ilgili soru, düzeltme veya silme talepleriniz için bize support@fobble.co adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz. Cihazınızda saklanan yerel veriler üzerinde kontrol sizdedir.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika, Fobble Notes'un mevcut sürümündeki veri işleme yapısını açıklar. Uygulamaya ileride hesap, analiz, reklam, ödeme, bulut senkronizasyonu veya benzeri yeni özellikler eklenirse bu politika güncellenir.

Overview
Fobble Notes is a note-taking and organization app developed by Fobble Studio. The app works without requiring a user account and is designed to keep your notes on your device.
Information we collect
Fobble Notes does not currently collect your name, email address, phone number, location, photos, contacts, microphone recordings, health data, financial information, advertising identifier, or similar personal data on Fobble servers.
Notes, rich text, checklists, folders, tags, favorite and pin selections, archive records, and app preferences you create are stored locally on your device.
App Lock
If you enable App Lock, the passcode you create is stored in the iOS Keychain. Face ID or device authentication is handled through Apple's system interface; Fobble does not access or store your biometric data.
Widget and App Group
To show a note you select in the Home Screen widget and share the app-language preference with the widget, limited data is stored in an Apple App Group accessible only to the Fobble Notes app and its own widget extension. This information is not sent to Fobble servers.
Backup export and restore
If you choose to create a backup, notes, folders, tags, and related organization data are exported to an unencrypted JSON file. You choose where to save or share it. After the file leaves the app, the terms of the storage or sharing service you select apply.
When restoring a backup, the app reads only the file you select through the document picker. Fobble Notes preserves newer notes on your device and merges the backup with existing data.
Third-party services
Fobble Notes does not currently use ad networks, analytics tools, tracking SDKs, Firebase, social sign-in, payment systems, cloud sync, or external account systems. App stores may process some technical information when you download or use the store; those activities are governed by the privacy practices of the store where you obtained the app.
Data sharing and tracking
Fobble Notes does not share your personal data with third parties for advertising, marketing, data sale, or user tracking. The app does not use an advertising identifier or similar tracking methods to track your activity across other apps or websites.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete the relevant record, use “Delete All Notes” in Settings, or uninstall the app. Backup files you export must be deleted separately from the location you selected.
Because Fobble does not maintain a user account or server-side profile for Fobble Notes, there is no central account data for Fobble to delete.
Children's privacy
Fobble Notes does not knowingly collect personal data from children. The app has no account system or online social features. If you believe personal data from a child has been provided to us, please contact us so we can help with deletion requests.
Your rights
You can contact us at support@fobble.co for privacy questions, correction requests, or deletion requests. You remain in control of the local data stored on your device.
Changes
This policy describes the data handling practices of the current version of Fobble Notes. If account features, analytics, advertising, payments, cloud sync, or similar features are added in the future, this policy will be updated.
